What counts as a client?▼

A client is anyone you've added to ReqVault to collect documents from. You're billed based on the highest number of clients on your account during each month. Archived clients don't count.

Can I change my plan?▼

There's only one plan — pricing automatically adjusts to your client count each month. Add more clients and you'll move up a bracket; remove clients and you'll move down.

What payment methods do you accept?▼

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfer available on request for larger firms.

What if I have more than 500 clients?▼

Get in touch and we'll arrange a custom plan that works for you.
