Marking a Submission as Complete

When you've reviewed and accepted all required documents, mark the submission as complete to close it out.

To mark complete:

  1. Open the submission detail page
  2. Click Mark as complete (top right corner of the page)
  3. Confirm in the dialog
  4. The submission status changes to Complete; the client's upload page is locked; the client receives a confirmation email

Soft warning. If not all required documents have been accepted, you'll see a warning before confirming. You can still proceed — the warning is informational.

Re-opening a complete submission. If you need to make changes after marking complete, click Re-open submission on the submission detail page. The status reverts to Partial; the client's upload page is unlocked.

What clients see. Once you mark complete:

  • The upload page is locked from all changes
  • A banner displays: "This submission is complete"
  • The client receives an email confirming document collection is complete
